01 / How we work

Clean sites. Clear timelines. One point of contact from quote to key handover.

We are a Calgary general contractor. We work for homeowners on renovations, for developers on new builds, and for property managers on light commercial. We do not sub out the work that matters. We do not disappear mid-project. We do not hand you a surprise change-order at the end.

Every project gets one site lead, one written estimate, one written schedule, and a daily end-of-day update with photos. Most of our work comes from the last client telling the next one. We'd like it to stay that way.

Custom Home Build

Design + permits + foundation + framing + finishing. From a brief on a napkin to a key in your hand. We do not draw the plans — we work with your architect — but we own everything from the ground up after that.

04 / Process

From first call to final walk-through.

Four steps. Same process whether you're doing a $30K bathroom or a $1.4M custom home.

Step 01

Site visit + written quote

On-site walk-through within 5 business days. We listen first, then walk the space, take measurements, and put together a line-item written quote within 7 business days. Free for any project over $5,000.

Step 02

Schedule + permits

Once approved, we lock in a start window (usually 2-4 weeks out), pull all City of Calgary permits, coordinate with your architect or designer, and order long-lead materials. You get a written schedule + a single point of contact.

Step 03

Build + daily updates

Site lead on every project. Daily end-of-day update with photos. Clean job sites. Permits pulled + closed by us. Subcontractors scheduled and managed by us. Change orders approved in writing before any extra work happens.

Step 04

Walk-through + closeout

Final walk-through, City inspection if required, all permits closed, lien waiver, full maintenance guide, 1-year workmanship warranty, plus the names of the subcontractors who worked on your house in case you need them for the next project.
